Variable-Rate Tuition helps make Christian education accessible!

At Muskegon Christian School we are committed to making this legacy a possibility for every family.

That’s right, every family! One of the foundational missions of MCS is to provide private Christian education that is accessible to families with varying income levels. Families just like yours! How? We offer “variable-rate tuition.” That means, tuition rates are not fixed or one-size-fits-all. We determine the tuition your family pays based on your income and unique situation while, at the same time, asking you to keep in mind that Christian education is an investment and a gift. Our goal is to make it one that you can afford.

How can we afford to pass on this gift to families?

MCS is part of a 5-school collaborative called West Michigan Christian Schools. Together we have been able to sustain Christian education for over 140 years due to the grace of God who has brought us generational supporters. From these gifts each schools’ endowment has grown, helping to offset tuition. Additional funding comes from private donations, school fundraising and our retail fundraising stores, DIBS! On Resale and B2 Outlet Store. Simply put, God provides!

Saying Goodbye to 19-20!

Our final praise service of the year was a PARK & PRAISE.  We had a packed parking lot as we closed out the 2019-2020 school year.

On Friday, May 29th we were able to honor our graduating 6th graders at our final praise service of the year.  The parking lot was packed with staff, students, parents and grandparents.

We also honored departing staff members.  Along with saying goodbye to our administrator, Dan DeKam, we said goodbye to 4th grade SI teacher Lisa Bonilla and 6th grade SI teacher Erika Mariglia.

Special thanks to MCS board member, Pastor Jeremy Lenertz, for leading us in worship!
