Hello! I am Sevrie Green and I am excited to be joining the MCS team! I grew up in north central Montana and moved to Muskegon in 2013 after joining the US Coast Guard. I recently graduated from Grand Valley State University with degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Early Childhood Education. I currently live in Muskegon with my significant other Garret, our son Cannon (who is an MCS student), and our new puppy Harlow.

I became a teacher because I have a deep love for working with young children and a strong desire to help shape their minds and hearts during their most formative years. My goals as a new teacher at MCS is to continue to grow in my faith and to create a loving, nurturing environment where children can begin to understand God’s love and truth in a way that is meaningful to them.
