Ms. Aby Gonzalez

ESS - Spanish & 1st SI Teaching Assistant

I was born in Venezuela and grew up in a family of four siblings. From an early age, I was passionate about music, dance, and artistic expression, which led me to practice folkloric dance and later earn a Technical degree in Human Resources Management while also studying Sociology at the Central University of Venezuela. During my studies, I
participated in social and cultural projects, including the implementation of the EBA Method (Education Based on Love), and later worked for three years at the Venezuelan National Museums Foundation, where I collaborated with artists and cultural managers.
In 2018, I emigrated to Chile due to the crisis in Venezuela and worked as a teacher at a bilingual school. Later, I moved to the United States, where I continued improving my English at Read Muskegon and worked at Village Inn restaurant. I also had the opportunity to lead the Play and Learn program in both English and Spanish, promoting family learning through music, play, and storytelling. My purpose is to continue growing in the educational and cultural fields, fostering family and child connections based on love and respect. I deeply value family, faith, and respect for others and for animals.
